Refund policy

Shipping:
Items usually ship within 1-3 business days, sometimes sooner! Due to life and that we're a small business, sometimes it's a bit later but that is rare. All orders are shipped out of CA.

Returns:
  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY.
  • All accessories, bralettes, and jewelry are FINAL SALE.

To initiate a return, please email your order number and item(s) you want to return to mysticsunboutique@gmail.com We will then quickly respond to you if you have not heard from us within 2 business days, please check your spam/junk folder.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package after we shipped it out you’ll have to contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information provided to you.
